Notifications

Coheso sends notifications to keep users informed as requests progress. Notifications are delivered across the Chat app and the Work Management platform via in-app and email notifications, depending on the action and the user’s role. This page outlines when notifications are triggered, who receives them, and where they are delivered.

In the tables below, a ✔ indicates that the user receives a notification for the event, while a ✘ indicates that the user does not receive a notification. All notifications are delivered in-app. Notifications that are also delivered via email are marked with [email].
